I'm a husband, dad, and marketing executive with 17+ years of hyper-growth startup experience, living at the intersection of performance marketing and brand. I have a knack for finding simple insights with massive upsides through forests of data.

I started Enzyme Marketing to build win-win partnerships that allow me to share the unique experiences of my career with others in ways that provide value to them and their businesses. In return, I get to tackle the parts of marketing and problem-solving that I enjoy most while meeting great people in the process. My objective is to bring organizations together to build growth engines inspired by a deep understanding of their best customers so that they get the most out of every impression, visit, lead, and customer.

I have first-hand executive experience operating from pre-product to post-IPO, B2B to B2C, and managing businesses through times of growth and recession.
As CMO, I Implemented our PLG approach, 4x-ing conversion rates, 2x-ing high-value leads, & reducing our acquisition costs by over 90%, resulting in a 650% decrease in payback periods.
As Director of Marketing, I grew their paid acquisition program from $0 to $8.5M in investment across digital and out of home advertising, resulting in 5x revenue growth in one year.
As VP of Marketing, we went from pre-product to a top 5 social app by influencer endorsement combined with viral hooks leading to 35% of users inviting at least 5 friends.
Through the First Round FastTrack program, I was paired to mentor their Head of Growth while in their seed stage. They have gone on to raise a $20 million Series A round.
As VP of Growth, we added $90 million in quarterly revenue YoY equating to 2x growth while growing market share against competitors leading to a multi-billion dollar acquisition by Uber.
As Director of Marketing, helped transitioned the business from a Facebook gaming company to a top destination site, publisher, and mobile gaming leader with 2.5x revenue growth.
Joined as their fractional CMO to evaluate their marketing efforts and create a strategy that highlights their unique position in the market and capitalize on a huge opportunity.
Through the First Round FastTrack program, I was paired to mentor Novos's VP of Marketing & Growth while in their seed stage to assist with their direct and partner growth.
As VP of Marketing, I oversaw a period of 15x revenue growth across 3 distinct business lines as we became the largest lender for renovation based property investors.
Built the paid search marketing program from scratch, increased revenue per session 5x, resulting in paid marketing representing 35% of total business revenues at a 25% profit margin.
Joined as their pre-product Marketing Advisor to build out and oversee two sides of their marketplace go-to-market strategy in their initial key markets.
As a search marketing manager, I owned a book of over a dozen local automotive dealers to build and launch their PPC strategies around awareness and new customer acquisition.
As VP of Growth, I managed a team of 35 across analytics, acquisition, lifecycle, and fleet relations, migrating Postmates best practices into the Uber Eats playbook.
As a team of 2, we built extensive PPC campaigns covering all sports, music, and theater, resulting in 35% of total company revenue before and after being acquired by eBay.
As a marketing advisor, I tested conversion experiences, leading to a 180% growth in leads, while implementing lead scoring to focus their sales team on only the highest value leads.
